Do you deliver everywhere in Karachi?
Yes — we deliver across Karachi. If your area needs a special arrangement, we will tell you when we call to confirm the order.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. Check that the bag is sealed and undamaged, then pay the rider.
Why don't I see a price?
Rice prices move with the crop. Where a price isn't shown, we confirm today's price on the call before anything is dispatched — you are never charged a price you haven't agreed.
What is the difference between Steam and Sela?
Both are 1121 extra-long basmati. Steam is steamed at the mill and cooks white and soft — best for pulao. Sela is parboiled in the husk, golden, and stays firm under heavy masala — best for biryani.
Is Regular a basmati?
No. Regular is PK 386, a long-grain non-basmati rice. It is lighter on the pocket and good for everyday rice, fried rice and kheer, and we label it as non-basmati.
How should I store an opened bag?
Close it tightly or move the rice to an airtight container, and keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from the stove and sunlight.
How long does rice keep?
Stored sealed in a cool, dry place, milled rice keeps well for many months. Check the best-before date on the back of the bag.
Can I return a bag?
If a bag arrives damaged, unsealed or the rice isn't right, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. See Delivery & returns.
Do you sell in bulk?
Yes, to caterers, restaurants, shops and events. Use the Bulk & business page and we will quote.
Can I order outside Karachi?
Not yet. Courier delivery to other cities is planned — tell us your city on the Contact page and we will let you know.
